This statement covers supply of personal data from a data controller to Worthers for the purposes of assessment and evaluation.
In this instance Worthers are considered a data processor and the legal basis is contract.
Worthers agree to the following:
Provide a secure method for you to send your data to us (we may use an encrypted 3rd party service to transfer your data, e.g. dropbox)
To not pass your data on to any third party or sub processors unless specifically agreed
To take appropriate measures to keep your data safe and secure at all times
To not use your data for any other purpose other than the agreed purpose of the assessment and evaluation
To limit access to only Worthers staff who require access in order to perform assessment and evaluation
To notify you of any data breach
To co-operate with supervisory authorities (such as the ICO)
Remove your data from our systems after assessment has been completed.
Please note if data is supplied to us for processing following assessment this will be governed by a processing agreement.
