As Technical Director, Ben listens to his head, and his gut, to help clients maximise internet technology. He is also part of the Amperative core team, where he brings a technical lens to help steer the company’s future. Ben has two modes: Collaboration and Dark Mode. In Collaboration mode, he enjoys working with the wider team to deliver technical strategies that go beyond what we could do individually. But when it’s time to dive deep into a complex problem, he goes Dark Mode. With caffeine in his cup, headphones on his ears, and keyboard under his hands, he loves to lose himself in code and deliver tangible value to clients.
Outside of work, Ben can be found in his workshop, where he makes things out of wood, concrete, or on his 3D printer. Ben is always looking to learn a new skill — he’s got his eye on a sewing machine next.
When he’s not tinkering on code or in the workshop, he can be found bopping about on his roller skates at the roller disco.
