As CEO of Amperative, Suzi helps create the ethos, environment, and type of work that helps us all to love our jobs. And as Creative Director, she is at her best when she’s looking at a project and identifying exactly what’s missing—that special sauce needed to take something from ordinary to extraordinary.
While she might not have the time to do the tea runs anymore, catching up with the team remains her priority. Suzi founded the design agency Hullo Creative, a company with whole-person values at its heart for both the client and the team—a completely different way of thinking and working from what she had experienced in other agencies. All the Hullo team are now part of this bigger company, and these values are baked into the foundations of Amperative.
Outside the studio, Suzi spends time with her two young children, who simultaneously make her laugh and pull her hair out. She also paints, and sews, and supports friends and family–all with the same dedication that Suzi applies to everything.
