She thrives on the power of collaboration, bringing people together to figure out the best way to get a project over the line. For Kath, the best results happen when everyone is pulling in the same direction—she provides the logic and order needed to make those big ideas work.
Kath has had some pretty unique experiences growing up. With a particle physicist for a father, she spent a year of her childhood in California and summers in Geneva while he worked at CERN. It’s a bit of a step up from the usual rainy British caravan holidays!
When she isn't at her desk, Kath is usually found hillwalking or enjoying mountain sports, whatever the season. When she finally sits still, she’s likely to be found with her nose in a book or practicing her recently acquired crochet skills.
