Driven by finding the authentic heart of what companies do and why they do it, Dave is often found clicking away in Figma, his own soundtrack blaring away in his headphones.
He’s a strong believer in trusting the process. It’s all about that moment when, after collaborating with the team on a bunch of sketches and iterations, something magic happens, and it all comes together.
Growing up he was given a guitar rather than a PlayStation, but it worked out well as he became a music obsessed multi-instrumentalist. Jazz, metal, folk…as long as it's alternative and intense, he’s into it.
Outside of work, he spends a lot of time persuading his kids to visit wild, outdoor places. Then the rest of his time finding toilets when they get to the wild, outdoor places.
