All about the detail.
Nikita joined the team at the start of 2023 having brought his family out of the Russia-Ukraine conflict. Whilst our conversations started as part verbal and part Google Translate, he grew quickly in confidence with his communication. He is an excellent developer with a great knack for details and testing, and a pleasure to work with.
He loves solving problems and developing creative solutions along the way. He is a keen learner, enjoying the craft and theory side of development as much as the practical, real-world side.
Outside of work, he loves cycling and walking in his hometown of Chepstow and spending time with his family.
One piece of advice, though: don’t challenge him to a game of chess!.. Or ping pong. Unless you like losing.
