He strives to go beyond the first solution, finding the one that best aligns with the bigger picture. By listening, asking questions, and challenging with compassion, he empowers others to overcome roadblocks. He does this for our clients, and for each of us within the team.
Pete originally set up the web development company, Worthers, to help a client out by making them a bespoke website, and it grew from there into Amperative today.
As our CEO, he listens to where we’re heading and plans a route for us to get there, on a path that is right for us. He loves to see our team create solutions that help our clients solve a problem – particularly if the solution requires Pete to do some big picture thinking or design new server infrastructure.
Outside the studio, Pete spends time playing piano, taking pictures of the incredible food he’s about to eat, watching a Bristol City football game with his son, or away on an adventure in the camper van he built during lockdown.
