Chief Operating Officer
As our highly organised chief operating officer, Kate keeps us all on track and in check on a daily basis.
She gets a quiet sense of satisfaction from getting that little green tick when balancing the books, and finds joy in making routine but necessary documents look the part. Kate puts her heart into supporting the team, and she loves nothing more than seeing people reach their full potential.
Outside of work, Kate likes spending time with her family and friends, as well as braving the Great British weather to go Nordic walking every week.
Kate performs as part of an a cappella choir, so you can always count on her to hold a tune in the studio — especially if she’s practising her upcoming part!
